Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients - makes 8 puddings:
 2 eggs   
 1 cup flour   
 1 cup milk


  1. Beat eggs, flour and milk together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper

  2. Pre-heat over to 425℉

  3. Use a non-stick muffin tin and add a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to each mold.

  4. Pre-heat the muffin tin and oil in the oven.

  5. When the tin is hot, remove from the oven and divide the yorkshire pudding mixture between 8 cups in the tin. 

  6. Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until the yorkshire puddings are browned.
